First off, I have to get this out of my system... WOO! FOREVER THE SICKEST KIDS!!! Yes, with three exclamation points. You have no idea how excited you could get over five songs until you press play on this EP.
The CD starts and sounds are coming from every corner, they have six members in the band so it's no wonder why. This is the type of EP where no matter what you do you can't help but to move. You'll catch yourself quoting lines from every track without a second thought. "She's A Lady" is my personal favorite track because of the line "She's attractive but bitter," but every song has those one liners that'll stay in your head, intense imagery like in "Becky Starz."
Filled with claps and do's, woo's and all those other fun non-words, mixed with random electronic noises, they even change key signatures, you kids don't know about that. Every song has a fun beat, a strange note, different subjects, and they're all around a good time. The fact that it's only 5 songs doesn't affect anything, just start it all over, you'll hear a backup note, a different guitar chord, and new line each time that'll keep pulling you in.
The CD is as fun as the boys themselves, and the live show's even better. "Television Off, Party On" is your new not so guilty pleasure, because you'll play it for everyone you meet.
